50ENNALE DEL METAL: I MIGLIORI 500 ALBUM - 1a PARTE
Cari lettori, adesso ci siamo
veramente. Pronti con la prima delle 10 parti relative alla
celebrazione dei 50 anni della Storia del nostro beneamato Metallo. Genere che, stando alla nostra ricostruzione, nasceva ufficialmente con la pubblicazione del primo mitico album dei Black Sabbath. E questo accadeva proprio il 13 febbraio 1970, esattamente 50 anni fa!
Nei 3 anni
precedenti all’uscita di “Black Sabbath”, tuttavia, vi era già stato nell'universo del rock un significativo
e progressivo indurimento dei suoni che sarebbe continuato anche dopo l’uscita del debut dei 4 di Birmingham. Trend che consolidò quell’hard rock/heavy che,
fino ai Judas Priest, non avremmo potuto ancora definire propriamente metal
(soprattutto da un punto di vista estetico, culturale e attitudinale).
Nella nostra Anteprima avevamo scritto che
questi 500 eletti “nelle nostre intenzioni, vorrebbero rappresentare, per
Importanza e Qualità, il fenomeno nella sua evoluzione e nelle sue svariate forme
e sfumature”. Ecco, fedeli a questo principio-guida,
facciamo allora decollare il nostro shuttle da una simbolica Cape Canaveral.
E ogni lancio che si rispetti ha
il suo conto alla rovescia…
